 All this song asks you to do is loosen up. Literally. It talks about a guy who is on the verge of log his temper. Obviously, Billie Joe was angry when he wrote this song, since the song starts with "Shut you're mouth 'cause you're talkin too much .. And I don't give a damn anyway!"

After a long time, Green Day has come up with an album (or rather a series of albums) that does not talk about social and political issues, and focuses on our day to day struggles. The song, as usual, has an awesome guitar solo towards the end.

All you have to do is actually loosen up, or "let yourself go" and enjoy this track.
